Harvard Kennedy School  the Workforce Project conducts basic and applied research for leaders in business, education, and policy to shape a postsecondary system that enables economic mobility. The project focuses on creating smoother transitions between education and careers.

My contribution

• Project onboarding
Reviewed any existing materials (backlog, technical documentation, etc.) and conducted research towards understanding product/users/technical framework.

• User deep-dive and feature identification
Understood users’ needs/wants and broke that into functional requirements, flowed through the application, and drafted the features list.

• Definition, estimation, and prioritization
Refined the features list and estimated the requirements based on completed tech stack requirements; prioritized lists to create MVP release plan.

• Timeline, staffing, and cost estimates
Finalized features list and backlog for MVP.

• Personas, user journey maps, use cases, proposed visualizations, and information architecture for the website

• Presentation
