Neil’s connected app is a tool for a parent to learn about her child’s interests, and to motivate him to engage in physical activities and good habits. Me and my team were responsible for the UX/UI design of the parent app.
Understanding the User
Neil’s connected app is a tool for the parent to learn about her child’s interests, and to motivate her to engage in physical activities and good habits. It is also a safe and simple platform for him to play quizzes on.
We talked and brainstormed with the Neil core team, understood the concerns and goals that a parent has and made sure to include the solutions in the user interface of the app.
Parents overview, update and control
A parent would like to have an overview of her child progress, feed with the actions that her child has completed, what her inclinations are, and her performance in each of the main 4 types of intelligence along the interest she shows, through time. We make sure the app is easy as to use as possible, in order to be accessible to any type of parent, tech-savvy or not – and to easily check out the info he wants, quickly and with no info overload.
