wework is a company that helps you discover how the right office space can help your business reduce property risk and cut wasted spend. My team and I helped them create a suite of apps in order to cut wasted time, resources and reduce loss of profits.
Building The Brand
Our first work on Revstar Suite of Apps was to build a brand that focused on the employees/users. This helped shaped our product roadmap later on. We accomplished this through a close partnership with each one of Revstar’s department project manager.
Onboarding Experience
We focused on a helpful onboarding experience that will guide the wework employee get her “set-for-you” customized version of the Revstar suite of apps dashboard.
Pains & Goals
The company had a major loss of resources, time, revenue with the system they had so far (exchange of extremely complicated and difficult to manage excel files, via email). They needed a hub in order to accommodate different type of pricing applications and employees of various seniority levels and types, that are located in different working regions.
While we were getting a MVP off the ground, the team worked together with wework, understanding employees’ pain points & goals and doing usability testing to understand how we could create the best product for the end user.
Design System
The above shows various components, atoms, particles and patterns of the wework’s Revstar Suite of Apps Design System. We were able to create a thorough and organized system, always with respect and in-line with the wework brand.
